1. Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech HaOlam, Borei Pri HaGafen.
Blessed are You, Adonai our G-d, Ruler of the universe, creator of the fruit of the vine.
(note that some traditions recite this blessing last instead of first)
2. Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech HaOlam, SheHakol Barah Lichvodo
Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, Ruler of the universe, Who has created everything for His glory.
3. Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech HaOlam, Yotzer Ha'Adam
Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, Ruler of the universe, Creator of the human.
4. Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech HaOlam, Asher Yatzar Et Ha'Adam Betzalmo, b'Tzelem D’mut Tavnito, V’Hitkin Lo Mimenu Binyan Adei Ad. Baruch Atah Adonai Yotzer Ha'Adam
Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, Ruler of the universe, Who fashioned the human in His image, in the image of his likeness and prepared for him from himself a building for eternity. Blessed are You Adonai, Creator of the human.
5. Sos Tasis V’Tagel HaAkarah, B’Kibbutz Bane'ha L’tochah B’Simcha. Baruch Atah Adonai, M’same'ach Tzion B’Vaneha
Bring intense joy and exultation to the barren one through the ingathering of her children amidst her in gladness. Blessed are You, Adonai, Who gladdens Zion through her children.
6. Sameach TeSamach Re'im haAhuvim, K’Samechacha Y’tzircha BeGan Eden MiKedem. Baruch Atah Adonai, M’Same'ach Chatan V’Chalah
Gladden the beloved companions as You gladdened Your creation in the garden of Eden from aforetime. Blessed are You, Adonai, Who gladdens groom and bride.

Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, Ruler of the universe, Who created joy and gladness, groom and bride, mirth, glad song, pleasure, delight, love, brotherhood, peace, and companionship. Adonai, our God, let there soon be heard in the cities of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem the sound of joy and the sound of gladness, the voice of the groom and the voice of the bride, the sound of the grooms' jubilance from their canopies and of the youths from their song-filled feasts. Blessed are You Who gladdens the groom with the bride.
